My mom is having emergency heart surgery today.
My twin's birthday should have been tomorrow.
It's a crummy week.
L and I are talking about driving to FL for New Years...just because we can. And to get out of this hellish rut we are in.

(Hugs) This has been a crummy week, there just is no sugar coating it. I'm so sorry. I 2nd the Florida idea, I think it would do you both some good and you deserve a break from the funk and rut of life. I also hope your mom's surgery today goes well.
